Manager was almost never there, Garbage disposal almost never worked and it took forever for manager to finally put in a request to fix it. The refrigerator missed a shelf, never got another one, so we had plenty of space in the frig but not shelf to utilize that space.
Beware of any comment saying that the Terrace is great, I highly think that the idiot manager made those.
Out of $1700 we put down for deposit, only $200 was returned upon leaving. She felt that after 6 months of it being rented, the whole place needed to be redone.
Manger seems to come off nice, but beware she is two faced. And don't forget to NEVER put ANYTHING on the patio, cause that could make the patio look bad.
Living there, and then trying to leave was the worst experience. If you do move in, I suggest that you forget about getting the deposit back. Trust me, this apartment is not worth your time or money.

It would of been nice if the cat hadn't gone to the bath room on the brand new carpet and I hadn't had to replace it. The next tenant shouldn't have to smell cat pee. If the walls were left clean and nice I wouldn't have to re paint them, remove their junk etc. they would of received their deposit back. It was a horrible mess when they left. If it hadn't have been a circus in the apartment with all the fighting and roommates being thrown out by the other roommates and the constant of them wanting to know how to get the other one out and trying to be nice about the complaints I received from other tenants about their fighting it would of made it more pleasant to have them at the Terrace.
