Full of headache

I've been living in Cypress for 1 year.
At first, I loved this one, but not now.
Overall this apt looks luxiourios as its rate says.
There is many reasons to move in,
But the followings are the reasons of not recommending.
1. Renewal problem.
Before you move in, the office guys are so nice and
friendly. But when you renew or notice them
of your moving-out, they turn out to be beasts.
There is no negotiation for renewal rate or term,
because I'm alreay living here.
This can be usual in other apt' But it is too much in this apt.
I had to take the rate and term they gave me
which is higher than move-in rate.
Anyway I'm going to move out soon.
2. Noise.
Endless construction is on going. There is problem
of penetration of water into the ground in the winter
seadon. So mildew is a problem in the ground floor unit.
Ground floor unit is the worst!!
They make up so many problems endlessly, so endless noise.
And the gas boiler is by your bedroom in each unit,
so it makes the noise all night long sometimes.
3. Rate.
The rate is higher than others nearby. But this complex
deserves it. It is a luxioury everything as you can see.
When you renew monthly, it rises even higher.
Anyway it is so expensive for the space.
Please, don't move in.
