Not getting my moneys worth... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/11/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   While I love the appearance of the community, I can't say that it is my overall opinion of the apartments and staff. I've been living here for over a year. I have not received the best service at he leasing office but that's the least of my problems. My biggest comlpaint is the noise. You can hear EVERYTHING that goes on outside at the park, or at least it seems that way. The echoes don't help any either. As if it weren't enough...I can hear my neighbors having sex!!! Gross. The wall are very thin needless to say. My neighbors upstairs have children who are always jumping and running around. VERY annoying. The smoke detecors are SUPER sensitive and always going off if you don't have windows and dors open. Overall I would really hesitate to recommend these apartments considering the high cost of living here.
