PLEASE READ From: ambichandu Date posted: 7/2/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004 1 response   Hi I liked the apartment very much when i signed a lease for an year and from the 1st month onwards i was having the problems of small worms and insects coming inside my apartment...I complained complained and complained.,..no response...again the mosqitoes ohhh my god terrible !!!...We found that it is because of the trash room near by and we requested to move us to another apartment..by that time it was almost 5 months over and for that they want me to sign another year lease with no specials...!! I am finally moving out be the end of this month after finishing this lease...I am sure they wont return a single dollar of my deposit..Ifthey do that then I will let you guys know !!! thanks for reading ..please be careful when u lease this apartment dont lease near any fountains or trash..please try the enttrance in the corner where bugs will surrond you !!!
