Looks are deceiving!

They place may look nice, but it isn't, trust me. There are huge bug problems, noise problems, parking problems, etc. But the thing that really set me off is the people who run the leasing office. Incompetent isn't even the word for it! They are more like hustlers or shady car dealers! They were so accomodating when we first moved in we were very happy. But once it came time to renew our lease they totally changed. They wouldn't even let us sign anything less than a 1 year lease! Who does that' Plus they raised their already high rent. If you try to reason with them or stick up for yourself then they just say they have to talk to some "invisible" manager who always says no. All they care about is getting your money. We found out 2 days into our new lease that we had to move to Los Angeles. They made us pay them close to $4,000 to break our lease! But the worst part was that they were so happy that they were getting all of our money. They kept smiling like they had just won the lottery. I know 5 other couples who live here who have ALL had the same experience. Do not live here! But if you do get tricked them remember that I told you so...
