The Cypress is a nice place to live. It is new, so it is in very good shape, and the inside of the apartments are very nice. However, I would not rent there again and would never in a million years suggest someone else move there because of the hassle you get from the management and staff in the leasing office. Among a long list of other problems, when I went to move out I told them I would have to mail them the garage door opener (the movers took it). They STILL charged me $50 for it. I asked them to just help me out because I had been a good renter, to which the manager replied that she doesn't have time to cater to all 500 renters individually. I took that as a sign that they just see you as a way to make money and not as paying customers. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and I would encourage others on here who have had bad experiences with the staff to do the same. One of the leasing agents even told me later that the management is not very nice to deal with if you are a renter. Boooooo!!!!

Yes I agree the staff is less than pleasant. I too am in process of filing reports with the BBB and chamber of commerce. It's THAT bad that I will use my time to do this.

All my thoughts are for real and I'm not the staff. I'm a tenant and hopefully people like you will not stay here cause no place will make you happy until your back at home with your parents mooching off them. I bet your like 40 and still have the option of going back home with mommy and daddy.
