Even after reading all the negative reviews I thought I will give this apartment a try since I dont have a lot of requirements how a apartment should be and should not be.
So I call up, take a tour, see a couple of apartments and decide to move in. I call up to get information about the paper work required and setup a time to sign the lease.
The leasing staff I talked to assured I would get the price and the "specials" that I was given when I visited.
Within an hour, I say that again, within an hour, the same staff calls me back and says the rent is raised and so I can't get at the same price. Also the specials are no longer there.
I say "Thank you very much"
I dont mean all of them are, but there definitely are some real estate managements like these.
I only wish they become more professional and more importantly "ethical"
Sorry if this offended someone. Not an intention at all, just letting people know what happened and let them decide for themselves.
By the way, since I did not even move in, I am giving all ratings 1, cuz I really dunno.

I am a resident here and I am disappointed with the inconsistencies of decisions in the office. They will tell you ONE thing, and never make good on it. I also am so upset with this place that I am making it a point to rate them on every and any site I can find.
