People here need to STOP Bitching. Sound like spoiled Brats

I've lived here when they first opened the doors at Cypress and I Love living here. I can't believe the reviews I'm reading. The Staff have always helped me and have gone out of their way a few times by accepting my packages for me when I can't. Not to mention the maintenance staff always being professional with my needs. I can depend on the staff as well as the manager actually booking an appointment with me just so that I can talk to her about my lease or something as small as my parking space. I have no Regrets about living here at the Cypress and these people that are posting bad comments should'nt either. Don't like Living here then buy a house here, or maybe you can't afford a home and your takeing your faults out on this apartment and it's staff. I think all the bad posters should live in the bad parts of San Jose then I would like to read some posts. This is as good as it gets for the money.
