Over the weekend my husband and I visited The Cypress and rented a townhome. I look to apartmentratings.com to help me make the right decisions when purchasing a new home. But, the reviews I see on here are just terrible. Writers are just whining for no reason at all. To the writer with the "Bad Experince"...
When I first read your review I thought to myself, this is no place I would want to live. But, then I gave it some more thought. As a District Attorney for the City of Santa Clara, I have a enough sense to know that when doing a "favor" for anyone, always get something in writing. When you buy something in the store, in order for them to know you didn't walk in and steal it you must show a receipt. So, what makes you think it will be different in any other business' I believe you drop the ball! You should had been more careful and followed through with the office staff after you submitted the keys. I'm going to give The Cypress a try. I visited them over the weekend and the community was so resort like, I thought I was back on my honeymoon in Hawaii. The office staff was more than helpful to my needs and helped my new husband and I find a new home.
I'm sorry you feel the way you do.
