I agree, terrible leasing team

The leasing office is VERY disorganized. I experienced it first hand when the leasing agent that I had worked with initially seperated from The Cypress. All they can tell me is that she left and she didn't hand down any notes. First of all, if I had done that in my profession, I would have been fired for not ensuring that my peer/employee hand down properly. If I was not fired for that, then I would also be fired for not ensuring that my team has an organized system for recording information about our customers. Because of their dis-organization, I have been waiting for a storage unit that just disappear when my leasing agent seperated from The Cypress. After they gave me their excuses, I asked for a solution to my storage unit problem. They told me that the only thing that they can do is to put me on a waiting list (which is huge list ... now I have to be at the bottom of the list when I have been waiting for the last 60 days). Also, they could not get back with me until 6 weeks later because they will have to perform a 4 week storage unit audit which will begin in twoo weeks. This "storage unit audit" has been used as an excuse/reason since we applied back in June. This is just one example of their disorganization.
