I just want to update that after my frustrating storage room experience, I scheduled a meeting with the manager with very little hope that I would get satisfactory service or compensation for the storage mistake. To my suprise, the manager was very responsive to my situation. She promised that she would look into the problem immediately and get back with us with an answer whether storage will be available. She even checked with other complexes to see if there is storage available there fr us. She got back with us within a few hours of our meeting to let us know that there is no storage available in other complexes. Then, within the timeframe that we agreed on, she got back with us the status of a storage room within Cypress. Because of the frustrating experience and unfufilled delivery of storage room twice, the manager gave us a discount for the monthly storage room rent. I was very impressed with the way the manager handled the entire incident. I felt like that she valued us as tenants. Very pleasantly suprised!
