Terrible Management Staff

I have lived here for almost 2 years and I never sayd anything on website. But I have to finally say that the managers are not good at all. They are always very rude when I have been into the ofice. I am not sure why they are been chosen to represent the company. It doesn't make any sense. The only reason I stay is because of my neighbors who are very good people. I try to not go to the ofice because the managers never say hello or ask if I need help at all. I'm moving out soon, and I will never recommend it to co-workers, but recommend against. It is very obvious that the managers are the ones giving themselfs good ratings.

I have never had a bad experience with Management or Leasing staff. Oh, and by the way "Ofice" is spelled Office. Just an FYI. Whenever I go in to the office I am greeted and any questions or concerns are taken care of. I love it here and would recommend it to all of my friends and family.

Well cyprenter you are obviously not a resident, but part of the management team. Only a member of the management staff would be so rude as to point out a typo on one of the reviews posted. I for one am a resident and can concur that the management staff is foul, ill-mannered, and should be avoided!

I just posted my own bad experience with the management staff regarding excessive penalty charges for moving out. When I made suggestions about how they should inform residents of these charges when they're scheduling move-out inspections, I was told in a very petty and rude way that it was my job to read the contract. A staff trained in customer service would have responded with genuine concern that these charges are not being adequately communicated. In addition, the fact that mgmt staff would come online to this ratings page to criticize a poster's typo obviously points to an immature, petty attitude, one that is reflective of some of the staff persons I've dealt with. To be fair, I have encountered several very helpful, polite staff persons as well. It is up to management to act on the complaints that renters such as ourselves provide to ensure they have a high quality staff.
