Sad to leave a great place! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I recently received a great job opportunity. The only downfall is that I need to relocate to the East coast. I have been searching apts on-line and came across this site. I must say that most comments seem to be by bitter people who didn't get their way. During my 2 yrs at The Cypress, the office and maint staff have always attended to my needs, whether it was a leaky faucet or an annoying neighbor who isn't courteous. It is a common fact that people only take the time to write the negative and never show any appreciation for a great experience they may have had. I had a great response from the Manager when I had a parking issue. The person in the carport next to me constantly parked over the line making it difficult for me to get in and out of my car. The Mgr called that person and followed up with a letter. They still continued to park over the line. The Mgr then gave the car description information to the security patrol and asked them to keep a special watch on this area and tag it for towing if they continued to disregard warnings. I never had a problem after that. It's important to me that mgmt cared and followed through. If the Irvine Co. had apartments on the East Coast I would definitely rent with them again as their apartments and staff are superb!
