From: newbie@me.com Date posted: 4/12/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I am a new resident at the Cypress. The service that I have gotten from the staff or one particular person from the staff has been excellent. When apartment hunting. The staff was patient, explained all i needed to know and even gave me another tour to help me make up my mind. I definately feel that this is a safe community. I'm not sure about teh bad experience others had with management because I haven't had to deal with them much. The apartments are well kept and maintained so that new tenants have little to worry about when moving in.
