I've lived here for nearly a year and my lease is expiring soon. I recently received a rent increase and spoke to the manager about staying at the same rate. She told me unfortunately the markets have increased and I was receiving a great value for my apartment. She spent a lot of time explaining the prices and even encouraged me to check around at other communities as she was sure I would discover I am in a great apartment. I was impressed that she was so confident in her product that she wasn't worried about me finding another apt elsewhere. Boy was she right! I had a horrible experience at several leasing offices. They were not interested in helping me at all. Some were offering great specials but after viewing their places I can see why. I am a firm believer in "you get what you pay for". Don't believe all the negative comments on here. Most of them are obviously from people who didn't get their way. This is a great place to live and after seeing what's out there I will be renewing my lease and referring my friends. Even if they didn't pay $400 referral fees, I would still send my friends here.

Can i ask how much you pay for your apartment? Are you one of the employees working in the leasing office?
