I have been a resident for about a year. The complex is nice, well maintaned. This is the third apt complex I live in (I have lived out of state too and usually in the nicest apt complex in the area) and I can not say that the management is worse than any other management. On the contary a resident can always find someone during the office hours and the repair orders are handled quickly. Sometimes I have been rude to them, because I am not the most patient person, but they have handled the situation with patience. Also, I think that the neighbours are nice. Mostly people with kids working in the nearby companies. I think this place is "more human friendly" than the other places around (e.g. the Oaks), but that is my opinion.
