Horrible Staff at leasing office. Nightmare to deal with

I have been living here for 5 years and the recent(past year or so) staff at the leasing office is a nightmare to deal with. If you call them to complain about fixing an problem, you need to drive them to get the problem completed. In the past year, I had to follow-up and have not received one follow-up call informing me of the status. They cannot even fix simple issues like fixing the the FOB. It took me 4 visits to the leasing office just to get the FOB fixed. If one person is assigned to deal with your issue and if he/she is out of the office(vacation/holiday etc), you have no choice but to wait for that person to show up, even if it is a simple issue as simple as talking to the maintenance to let you know of the status. They are incompetent, inefficient, unethical & discourteous. I feel bad writing this because this used to be a great place. I talked to a few neighbors and they feel the same. I feel sorry for the manager because she usually takes care of your needs. But, if she is managing incompetent morons, she always has her hands full. Maintenance staff is also good.
