The Enclave

Wouldn't live here again From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/8/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   A good package of concessions got us into the Enclave in 2004. Everything started off alright, but then things went downhill. The quality of the staff declined. The quality of the tenants declined. Noise can be heard at all hours, the walls are so thin! Nothing gets fixed anymore. The elevators do smell like pee! Essex took over 12/2005. We didn't even find out until we went to the office to check on our lease. There are plenty of other places that are nicer for the same money. Do yourself a favor and stay away from here!
