The new management took over and made things worse than before. Yes, hard to believe it could get worse but it has. The level of service has dropped. They are unwilling to keep the facilities clean and presentable. (chipped paint, elevators that smell so bad you have to hold your breath while you are in them, damaged windows, poor drainage, graffiti in the elevators . . I could go on) Crime is also a concern here (a concern for the tenants, however, management does not seem too concerned)
To top it all off they decided to increase my rent by $300 a month and no room for negotiation.
2007 Once again, any interaction with the leasing office or resident services is a nightmare. I renewed my lease for 6 months because moving is such a hassle. I had major commitments with full time work and part time grad school that I chose to suck it up and stay. That was a mistake. I have asked for repairs and maintenance and never get calls back. I even called security because I saw suspicious activity around the apartment at 12:30 at night. There have been several car break ins so I had legitimate concerns. Security never even returned my urgent message. The people who work here are so unprofessional, unhelpful and incompetent. It is amazing they are able to keep this place at a high occupancy rate.
The rent is comparable to many of the apartments in the area that have good service and much better facilities. Take my warning, DON'T chose the Enclave! Once you are in you are stuck. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
