Inspections and Idiots

These people are always in your apartment doing various inspections, cars are always being broken into as well as apartments.
The office staff are complete idiots and argue with whatever you say. I recently gave my notice and one of them kept saying different things to convince me to stay.
The garbage chutes smell like something out of Satans ass.
You can hear every loud bastard above, below, and next to you.
Having a washer/dryer and a/c is very convenient. However, I am in a low income apartment and pay a few hundred below the regular rent for my one bedroom with a den. This apartment usually rents for about $1600 and is a piece of ----. My front door handle was broken for months. They "fixed" it twice, my sink actually MOVES AROUND it was not securely installed. And has leaked at least 4 times in the last year and half. The toilet handle broke, my washing machine broke, and the water is either extremely hot or somewhat cold no matter which way you turn the handle.
You have one maybe two assigned underground parking and there are several spots outside. Whether you have an assigned or outside spot, the walk is pretty far to your apartment. A pain with groceries or anything you carry besides yourself.
Again, you will deal with idiots anywhere you go, but these are some of the issues i've had here and expect the same the next place I go.
The inspections are one thing I hope to have less of. If you have something to hide, don't move here.
