I wrote a decent review on the Enclave a few months ago. I was there for 2 years and never had any big issues. BUT I've been gone for 3 months and I have not received my deposit. I don't believe the accountant at the Enclave answers her phone any more. She has a VM that gives out her email address. I guess a lot of people are complaining!!!!

Are you even getting any of your deposit back? I hear they charge huge fees when you move out. Did you find this to be true?

This is crazy the law states they need to return the deposit or submit you invoices within a time frame. The Enclave is a big place they must be performing these tasks per the law, or they would lose to much.
I bet all these people are just mad, or lonely and need to vent. But I dont agree with this.
