Read the bad reviews. Then, read the good reviews.
The bad reviews are detailed. The good reviews are fake, probably written by the staff themselves. They are always lieing and manipulative. Just ask for the police reports on incidents at the apartment. That will tell you how many breakins there have been.
If you come to the place, the staff will be really friendly. But once you live there, there are ice cold. Be sure to ask the residents about stuff - the easiest one is security. One gal moved in and asked me about it and I told her the truth. Then she told me another person said that all 4 wheels were stolen off a car in the underground structure. How do all 4 wheels get stolen'' The car was even parked in one of the buildings close to the gate and also close to the entrance, so it's easy to see. Their security is bad.
Their maintenance is hit or miss. They can be real snobs about not helping you out.

I agree there is no way that out of all the negative reviews there would be 5 good reviews within a 5 day period. I still actually live at the enclave and although it's not a horrid place, I would and have recommened that people looking for apartments not look here.
