I have been living at the Enclave Apartments for 4 years now. Since that time my vehicles has been vandalized 3 times. On one occasion my car window was smashed and my engine tampered. That happened in November of, 2006 to which several other cars were vandalized and many items were stolen. Burglaries and Vandalism has been an ongoing problem since 2004 until now with numerous crimes have continuously, happened with no assistance from Management. Just continued excuses and letters as posted stating that they are going, to do more security. All Lies!!!
Here is an Open letter to All Enclave Residents from Jacque Mazutis, General Manager: And the Staff The Enclave Apts. Posted on each residence Door April 20th, 2007.
Please read in entirety: it s not meant inform-not to alarm. It has come to our attention that many residents and neighboring communities have experienced some broad daylight break-ins. We want you to be aware.
Please follow these common sense safety precautions:
1.) While at home make sure door is locked. Open to only to those you know. Use your peep hole.
2.) If going away buy some timers for your lights to go on at dusk. Have a trusted friend check home and car every few days, etc.
3.) When leaving home to go to shop or work and no one will be home, make sure your windows are locked securely.
4.) Be aware of your surroundings- when coming and going from home and work. If you see anyone lurking. Call 311 immediately or 911.
5.) Keep your valuables safe. Put your valuables in your trunk before arriving at your destination and leaving your car unattended. You never know who is watching. duh!!!
We are also reviewing proposals to install a few deterrent items: Garage Cameras, Garage Gates , Height Perimeter fencing. As a reminder, if one or all items are installed please do not let us give you false security. In closing, be the neighbor to you neighbor that you would want them to be to you . Following your instincts and common sense is your best bet..

Don t believe it' Check Criimereport.com, with the 4300 block of Renaissance Dr. San Jose, Ca 95134 there has been 11 burglaries reported since December 20, 2007. LIARS!!!!!!
The Management is pompous, snobbish, dismissive, calculating, flippant and discourteous. The Resident Management Staff and the Managers are the most difficult, amateurish and unprofessional staff I have had the displeasure of meeting. I had packages that were in the Resident Office for a total of 6 months and was never notified. One day I dropped into the office and to ask if a package had arrived only to find that I had 5 packages aging almost to 7 months in age! I received no apology, understanding no not one word of embarrassment on their part. The Residents plan on contacting Essex Corporation and many other legal actions. At this time I m looking for other residency but I would be remiss and doing a disservice to other Citizens to not tell the truth about The ENCLAVE APARTMENTS
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT .

Thanks for posting Jacque Mazutis previous open letter, I hope it shows current and prospective furture residents of the Enclave how much you can trust the management team here.
The most unprofessional, discourteous, untrustworthy service I have ever received from any company has been from the Enclave.

This is all unfortunately accurate info. All residents who live here are living in constant fear of either getting robbed, car vandalized and more. The fact that The Enclave tries SO HARD to market themselves as a luxury apartment while their residents are experiencing break-ins, Vehicle vandalisms and more is way beyond comprehension.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!!! horrible management, noises,robberies.....parking is always a hassle. so annoying!!!!!
