Notorious! From: jokeythejoke@yahoo.com Date posted: 11/27/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   BEWARE!!! These people are notorious for keeping ALL of your deposit! You can hire professional cleaners, steam clean the carpets and they will take every penny for cleaning charges. The area is ROUGH with drug trafficking taking place from at least one of the apartments there and groups of guys hanging around the car park. My car was broken into and I had to leave just to be safe. Spend the extra money and go somewhere decent like Palm Valley.
