This place is, by far, the worst apartment building I have ever come across. I just moved out, after living there for one year on a lease and I feel like I've just been paroled from a prison camp. I don't even know where to begin; There are SO MANY disgusting factors surrounding this delapitated, neglected slum. 1. THE APARTMENT - The carpeting was filthy when I moved in; It was clear that it should have been replaced after years of obvious wear. The counter tops and cabinets are all chipped, warped, & corroded beyond repair; Something can only be painted and painted over so many times before it needs to be replaced. Same goes for the sinks and appliances. The fan in the bathroom sounds like a 747. I had them change it several times and it just got worse each time they did so. 2. THE HALLWAYS - The carpet is so filthy, it almost appears BLACK. There are so many offensive smells that you practically need to sprint to your apartment. You can hear every sound, footstep, loud voice of every person passing by your door. If you are unlucky enough to get an apartment next to a stairway (That would be me), your entire apartment will shake and things will fall off of your walls and YOU WILL be jarred out of your sleep several times a night every time someone runs, no...JUMPS up or down the stairs and slams that door that leads to them. Speaking of stairways...there is always garbage, food remnants, and on two occasions, even vomit. 3. THE GROUNDS - Never in my life have I seen a bigger group of depraved people living in one space. There is a constant barrage of LOUD LOUD VOICES, LEWD, RUDE, & CRUDE BEHAVIOR! VULGAR LANGUAGE and an all around GHETTO ATMOSPHERE!!! Also, there is a delighful ritual of people pulling there car up alongside the building and honking their horn incessantly to summon their friends from their apartments. This can, and does go on at great lengths at all hours of the day and night, including the middle of the night. This is just a brief overview; There is more, but - HECK, if this isn't enough to scare you away - you deserve what you get.
