I havent lived here long maybe a few weeks or so. I guess I should express my thanks to my neighbors for helping me move into my apartment. Yeah, it was great they offer to watch my stuff while I put things into my apartment. When I came back my wonderful neighbors help carry my things into their apartment. Like my TV and lamps. What the hell!!! When I asked them about it they denied the whole thing. Said, I was bothering them and accusing them of stuff they did not do. What the hell. I can not believe this was happening to me. I finish unloading my car as fast as could and went to the office. I talked to the office manager (so she said she was) and explained to her what had happen and she said she was sorry and If I would like to fill out a incident report. I said yes but how can I get my stuff back. She said there is nothing we could do and that she hopes this never happens again. Ok, yeah, hello am I talking to a brick wall or what. I?m sorry but first of all clear your throat when you talk and second iron your clothes, because instead of an office manager you look like a homeless person on her first day at a job. I can not believe the manager doesnt say anything to you. And one more thing for christmas ask for some shoes because those house slippers really dont go with that outfit. I cant believe I must have told her five times my apartment number. I wish the leasing consultant that helped me the first time was there but she was out to lunch or she doesnt work on tuesday. One or the other she couldnt remember. I?m a single mother, with two jobs and a daughter that means the world to me. I received a notice on noice complaint which I made to the office manager about my upstairs neighbors and she sends it to me. I guess I?m sorry for not trusting what you people have wrote. Now I?m stuck in this hell whole called Kingdale Oaks. Ok so after a few days there my car gets broken into. I called security and they just said call the police ok stupid but what do I do now. A week later my roof started leaking and I called the office. I asked if someone could come right away and they did. I can honestly say maintanence does and knows how to do their job. Ok my final thing was when I spole to R--- sorry I know no names but he is the worst maintanence supervisor there is. I asked him were the mail boxes was and the cover to light was falling and might fall on somebody on the head. He said go to the office and they will let you know because I?m not on the clock at this time. What the f--- is that all. I asked him what he did hear and thats what he said. I?m the maintanence supervisor and I?m on lunch now. Sorry I couldnt help. Ok thank you very much. I guess he was in a bad mood cause he was just saying some stuff he is not soppuse to say. Well I guess you get what you pay for. The person who told me about this place said the other manager got fired and that things are starting to change. I told her great because my daughter school is right in front. I went in and talked to the L---- (Leasing Consultant) and she was great. She even talked to my daughter. Thank you and I hope things will change her because you guys are looking for a big fat law suit. Not from me but think about. Someone went to the bathroom on the stairs. My toilet was full of urine when I moved in and the elevator works sometimes. Please make a note because not every one is as patient and kind as me.
