I went to tour this community and some of the stuff mentioned here arent accurate. The staff including the manager were very nice, friendly, kind and caring. They were understanding and helped me out with all my questions. I think whats happening here is that people want to blame somebody for the mistakes that actually take place in this complex. Yes there is a manager on duty but she cant stop everything that goes on. First of all I dont think its the staff nor the managers fault that rents go up or down. Nor the fact that someone else got a better deal than you. Thats why they call them specials. Every month they change. The fact that people trash the complex shouldnt be the managers fault. She doesnt throw garbage on the floor nor use the restroom in the elevator. Think about this for a minute you have people that live here that park where ever they want and when they get towed they blame the manager. When they trash the apartment and do not get the full security deposit they blame the manager. When they brake something in the apartment they blame the manager. Think people. I spoke to about 50 people in a weekend and some say they dont live here. That their friends let them in. Well whos fault is that. People swimming in the pool fully dressed and people up on the ceiling. Kids fighting in the gym and people watching. Nobody did anything about it. As far as I know they give you a security number and I looked into nobody has called for all the big problems that I say on July 4th, 2003. Now when you blame the manager you should blame the corporate office cause they are the ones that let these people in. Oh wait why dont you blame yourself cause guess waht they are your friends.
Think about it people nobody calls the police nor security you just let things happen. Your the ones that live here not the manager or the staff.
