Management promises but will not return your deposit.

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000
 
I lived in one of the 2nd floor apartments. After 2.5 months, I had to move to the downstairs apartment for personal reasons. Management promised to refund my deposit, however, after I moved they said they had clean the carpet and paint the apartment again. They kept almost half of my deposit!
And on top of that, the apartment we moved into was not very clean and management refused to listen to our complaints. MANAGEMENT IS RUDE and SPIEKER CO WILL NOT RETURN YOUR DEPOSIT.
