If noise is a problem for you, this is not the place to consider living. The noise is an ongoing thing at this complex rather it's someone arguing, fighting, babies crying, loud music, loud neighbors, you name it's ALWAYS noisy. The police drive by once in awhile, but they are rarely around when you really need them. Security is not much help either. There's been times when I've called to complain about neighbors being noisy after hours and nothing was done about noise. I've lived in several other apartments before and have never had this bad of an issue with noise like I have here. I guess it depends on the type of area you're living in. Kingdale Oaks tend to attract a lot of "low class" individuals. There are a few "decent" people that live over here but for the most part, the tenants just don't give a damb about other peoples privacy and the need for respect. The best advice for those looking to rent out an apartment: DO NOT RENT FROM KINGDALE OAKS!! If it's not the noise that will drive you crazy, trust me it will be something else that will!!
