strenghts:
good layout, lots of parking, next to city collage and downtown, no bugs.
weaknesses:
Carpet gives you allergies (rashes), bathroom fixtures fall off of dry rott walls, strange smells eminate from sinks, holes under carpet (you can feel them), jacked up elevators, messed up blinds, 2 prong power sockets (no 3rd ground), cheap oven and old fridge, unsealed windows that literally are open when they are closed, poor laundery facilities, rude management, bad phone lines and general wiring, inability to get more than one phone line in or get more jacks, pay for a parking space even if you dont have a car, nasty pools, and thats about it.
