I have come to the office for support and advice, all I got was rude responses from the Manager. She doesn?t even care if we move out. We?ve already taken at least 30 other residents with us. Her response was "Do what you gotta do", and walks away. If she only had to rent in this market, she doesn?t even give you the time of day ! She has no empathy whatsoever ! How can someone be so callous ' It?s like she isn?t even human. The other staff members are courteous. If you ask for a reduction in rent, you get one price, have to sign a 6 month lease or 12 month lease for as much or higher than what you already pay, but you call on the phone and ask prices, they?re hundreds of dollars lower than what the residents that live there get, isn?t that kind of like descrimination '
The market is a lot lower than last year but they still have high prices. Lately there have been alot of people moving in that create alot of noise and discomfort to the rest of the residents. We call and complain and get no where with the Manager. If anything you would think the Management company could see what?s going on and do something about this. Her management skills are poor and verbal skills are just pathetic. Think twice before you go to her with any kind of problem, she will give no mercy.
