I've lived here for 5 months now and can't stand this place. We were lied to before we moved in, reported problems the day after we moved in and continue to have problems. The problems we reported 5 months ago have yet to be fixed!!

In the 5 months we've been here: our parking spot was assigned to someone else... twice now. If you add up the number of days the security gate has worked, it might add up to 1 month, and that's being generous. The elevator permit expired 2 years ago and has gotten stuck with us inside it twice. Maintenance doors have been kicked open and not repaired. There aren't any fire extinguishers on our floor (3rd) and I don't know about the others. The laundry room is a joke. There are 3 washers and 3 dryers but when I last checked, only 2 washers worked and 1 dryer barely worked. When we reported it, we were told that they were aware of the problem.

Each time I've dropped off my rent check, the employee has been taking care of her personal business and acted like I was interrupting her. Heaven forbid I ask for a receipt, then I get rolling eyes and a heavy sigh as she takes out the receipt book and slaps it down on her desk. Excuse me, but maybe it wouldn't be such a chore if you hung up the phone and quit talking to your friend.

The way this complex currently stands, I wouldn't recomment it to anybody. If drastic changes aren't done soon, we're leaving.
