I don't like this place

I lived here for 1year now...
and it's not a good place to live.
The other residents are somtimes too noisy...
The washers and dryers are almost always broken, or takes money without working...
When I report a problem and ask for a repair, it takes at least two or three addisiontional phone calls before someone comes in and fix the problem.
It can be pretty hot during the summer (especially the top floor) without airconditioning.
The security gate never works.
