OK, I can't beleive I found this site. It is good to know no one else has to make the mistake my wife and I have. DO NOT LIVE HERE!! I MEAN IT!!! It looked so nice and peaceful when we moved in....until the night came.....then the Ghetto underworld sprung up around us....from thumping bass pounding out of cars all night long, to stupid ass lazy people who honk their horns (even at 3am - no kidding)to get their friends to come out of their apartments...it is miserable. Cops here every other day....graffitti scrawled on my car one morning etc...it is truly the ghetto even though we pay $1050.00 for a one bedroom small apartment!!

We live near the volleyball court...holy crap, I didn't know people (lowlife people at that) could play volleyball until midnight, screaming and yelling without any concern for the people who have to listen to that crap.

I feel like I am in Tijuauna Mexico...these people piss in the stairwells, leave garbage on the street and in the parking lots and generally ruin the grounds. Then there's the pool...so full of chlorine because of the lowlife who pee in it all day long, that it's not usable. The gym is of the unversal type and is missing pieces that people stole. Anything that's not tied down is missing basically.

That's just the beggining. The pipes are old have rust come out of them (no lie- brown crap and rust). The water comes out of the pipes smelling like feces...no lie....The apliances are old and the walls creak when the water is turned on. The walls are thin and we can hear the tv on in our neighbors apartment at night, as though it was in our apartment...

We signed a lease for an apartment in a quiet grassy area between apartments. I received a call from the management a few days b4 we were to move in and they guy told me they made a mistake, that the apartment wasn't for rent. He told me he had another apartment just a few doors down though and that it was in the exact same spot. I grilled him and said I didn't want to sign off on any changes until I could see the apartment. He made a big deal about how I could trust him and that it was right next door. He faxed me paperwork and bugged me until I signed off on the change. The apartment ended up being right over the parking lot, hence the nice car and people noise all night long (literally). I can go on and on, but the basic thing I am trying to say is DONT LIVE HERE NO MATTER WHAT!!! We are about to break our lease and lose our deposit just to get out of here...we have only been here 6 months and we cannot take it anymore...do not make the same mistake!!!
