1. Despite repeated reports to management....
2. Toilet is always clogged.
Dirty hallways
3. Common areas not cleaned by management-- allways//reception area
4. Broken laundry equipment for months and months despite reports.
5. Stinky cabinets
6. Urine infested elevator
7. Disrespectful housing management staff
8. Cockroaches in laundry room

My elevator never reeked of urine, more often of marijuana. Never had my toilet clog, cabinets smell fine to me. Office staff always wave to me if I see them on my way driving in or out. Management admitted that they found roaches during annual inspection, said some people were living in utter filth, which I think is only obvious if you have a nose and walk by their door. Laundry equipment does suck - though in my building its more the coin receiver thing eating my money than the washer or dryer not working. Yes, the hallways can get dirty, because of horrid parents who don't have control of their disgusting children playing there and smashing food into the carpets. I'm more upset by the idiot(s?) who keep tagging graffiti all over my stairwell, even though maintenance has repainted over it almost weekly for over a year. |
