Manager is very rude - zero Customer satisfaction

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
KingDale Oaks is one of the affordable and nice place to live in.
But it has "very serious" problems too...The Manager is very rude.
Managers Professionalism , knowledge, helpfulness, and overall service level is Very Poor.
Customer/Resident relations management is very bad.
Zero customer satisfaction.
Not professional Management,unable to handle customers and their issues.
Whenever we call and report office any problems like(toilets stuck,electric fuses blown,tube-lights not working) the response is very slow.
Then if my wife visits rental office the managers response was very rude and arrogant.(When customer/resident visits the rental office, the Manager uses the words like "you come back and forth what do u really want'"..,"I dont have time Now", "stop yelling".."Wait there", "Why did you came here again".)
Manager thinks we are living at their mercy.
The Manager is not professional and the management doesnt care or respect the residents.
Overall Customer satisfaction is very Poor.
It is a depressing experience to live at a place where your rental manager was Rude to you.
