The assistant manager is so RUDE. She rolls her eyes at you if you bring her any problems and she gets all hot headed when you ask her to fix anything. she is supper lazy too.
as far as the leasing office they are only nice when you go in there for the first time. any time after that they are RUDE. and I guess they forgot to tell me about the cars being stolen and broken into NIGHTLY!!!! but wait if you want to pick up some drugs this is a great place to do so. all your neighbors are drug dealers. and you might get really lucky and be raped here as well as they never did catch the rapest that is striking around the complex. looking for some new pets' well here at college park they have them already in your apartment ... ROACHES. an unlimited supply. so have at it and enjoy your new home poeple im moving as soon as my lease is done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh wait dont forget about the meth lab that was going on that was just busted in in the H building.
