I've been here for almost two years and the prices keep going up because of all the renovation going on. My apartment is not worth what I'm paying for and there are holes in the wall that hasn't been fixed. You have to pay for garbage, water, and trash which I think is pathetic!!! They will charge a 100 dollar late fee just for being late one day and there is also only a three day grace period!!! I'm feed up with this place and I can't wait to move out once I find a descent place.

You should have rent control, because you live in San Jose. They can only raise your rent once a year, at a rate of 8%, unless they upgraded your apartment specifically.
