I moved into The Grove when it was called College Park. Before the new managment came and took over everything was fine. Not even 3 months after new managment came in I got robbed for the first time. All I remember is comming home that day (mind you i live on the third floor)and my front door was wide open. There was no damage to my front door or anything. The only other person with a key was the office staff. After that incident they offered to have me moved to another building. At the time I said ok because i didn't think it was anyone from the grove's staff. Not even 5 months after i moved into the new building i was robbed for the second time the same way they came in the first time. I wasn't the only one at the grove going through this same problem. There is about two other people that i know of that had there place robbed around the same time my place was robbed. The staff members don't even look into it. This is the worst place to live. Its not safe for anyone trying to raise a family. The manager is a b*t*h.
