Wow...I was just bored and decided to check the site out, but i didnt know that people hated this place that much! I only been living here for six months, but I dont seem to see that big of a problem. I would say the biggest concern would be parking, but then again the last place I lived at had bad parking too. What do you expect' Parking at apartment complexes are always bad because people and their guest think they can just park in your port when they want. About the $100 dollar late fee, it is high for being a late fee, but i swear when you sign the lease it says it about five times that if your late then theres going to be a 100 dollar late fee. So I mean c'mon. I just think that people are going to be negative based on their experiences, but as far as mine....I like it here. Nobody really bothers me and the girls in the office are very friendly and fun to talk to. They always have fresh cookies and coffee in the office for us to enjoy. Office staff are also very nice to the kids, they're always blowing up balloons for my kids. The staff is always keeping the complex really clean too, you rarely never see trash along the sidewalks or streets. So I just think that when your living at an apartment as big as this one your always going to have a problem with something, it can be anything from parking or noise. In reality it's never perfect!
