I have been living at The Grove for almost 2 months and I'm glad I didnt believe everything that was written in previous reviews. Yes, the apartment complex has its downfalls, but by the reviews, people make it sound like you're moving into a bloody murder scene.. ITS REALLY NOT THAT BAD!
I work a full time job and am only home in the evenings and I have enjoyed living here.
Parking sucks and the pools get crowded during warm days; but, they have a really nice gym that is almost always available, their laundry rooms are nice (4 washers, 4 dryers) the inside of the apartments is really nice and newer looking.
I havent had to get maintenance yet, so I have nothing to say about that. From what I've noticed it's mostly families with children that live here, so it can get loud, but I dont mind it. It's never been bad enough that I cant continue with my daily activities.
Some people said the rent was too high, but before moving in I searched EVERYWHERE and by everywhere I mean East Side, hidden Studios, ect. and this was the most reasonably priced place for a 1 bedroom.
Overall, I think the management is really trying to turn this place around and create a community by having social events for everyone had having regular raffles for those who pay their rent early. Their credit standards were pretty high also, so I think theyre trying to get rid of the bad crowd.

After readin some of the reviews I had second thought on seein this place but took my chances. It was pretty decent. The only downfall was I really wanted to have washer and dryers.
