The Park Kiely Is by far the best place to be. I am a college student working 2 jobs as well so I needed a place to call him with my busy schedule.....a sanctuary in a sense. Upon moving in there were a few minor issues with our apartment which were fixed right away not even waiting a week. The staff, including the manager, leasing agents, and resident services were so helpful to me. I have been here for 10months and never had any noise problems. It's generally a real quiet community. The amenities are very useful and theres a lot to do. Of course there's going to be negative comments about the place it holds so many residents, you can't control everyone's actions. But I can definately say that the management takes care of it with no attitude or problems given. The park kiely is a great place to rent!

You're in college? Give me a break. You can't form a sentence to save your life. The word is "definitely." Stop spending so much on rent and invest in a dictionary.

You must be one of the leasing agent. I endorse the dumpatkiely, you need a dictionary next time you think of writing a fake and full of lies review. I have lived there for less than a year (Thats all I could take) and am happy to have moved out.

No, I actually work in Mountain View for an internet security company.
I just find it humerous when people come back after moving out to still ----- and complain. It's like complaining about an old boss, who cares, move on with your life already. Everyone gets it. You had a bad experience, post about it, then move on. Anything more then that, and you must think people actual care about your life and experiences. Sorry, but they don't.
Anyone who thinks this apartment is any different then any other apartment is plain and simple an idiot. If you don't like living in an apartment complex, buy a house. All apartments are the same. Parking sucks. Management changes to often and/or doesn't seem to care. Service never gets done fast enough. Etc, etc.

To the person that posed 10-24-09, Your comment is irrelevant on a apartment ratings website. Parking sucks... because there is no guest parking. Also the complex is so big, they can't even give you an assigned spot with your unit. They literally guess and hope no one is using the spot. My first assigned spot actually belonged to another tenant. And because there is no guest parking you park on the street, while you still pay for an assigned spot. The gates do malfunction from time to time. There was a rat in our unit. Maintenance did a poor job of sealing the hole and management didn't follow up until 2 months after I caught the rat. I am currently dealing with water leaking issues... And breaking the lease will impossible without spitting out at least $3000. I'm sure moving out at the end of my lease will be difficult as well.
That's the problem... You don't pay $1600 to be treated like lower class. And no, not all apartments are the same, that's the point of having a apartment ratings website to point the pros and cons.
And to the original post... you work 2 jobs... you are never at your apartment.
