The Park at Winchester

GHETTO. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/5/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   To sum it all up in one word...GHETTO. These apartments are so gross. The management and maintenance staff is so lazy. We had a problem with the dish washers (it was leaking downstairs) so some guy came to take a look at it. He didn't fix it, and he left it broken. So when we open the dishwasher, it won't stay up, it falls over. There are annoying little hoodrats that run around yelling and screaming at the most random hours of the day. Don't these kids go to school' Oh, and the security patrol here is a JOKE. They towed my car for parking in my other parking spot. Alo, I can't iterate just how bad the theft rate is here. My car's been broken into three times, vandalized twice, and stolen once. Needless to say, we're moving out ASAP.
