Good Luck and GOOD RIDDANCE! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/10/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I lived in this community for about 18 months. The old management company was fantastic. Then they sold the property. I went from loving my home to wanting nothing more than to relocate. Which I did. It look them just shy of a month to get my deposit back and I only got it by threating to take them to court. The current management team won't return calls, pay attention to special notes regarding pets, or even give the courtesy of a final inspection with the resident present. Right before moving out, I found a new bug everyday, including one water bug that was like 2 inches big. They also would allow the apartment cleaning crews to run the extremely loud cleaning equipment very early on saturday morning, and to disturb what was once a quiet community. After the sale of the property, the washer and dryers were almost always broken in some capacity, and it just went downhill. Unless they change the management again, I wouldn't recommend living here. If you can afford this complex, you can afford something better, newer and with less of a headache
