I really like this place. It's fairly quiet and the office staff is always very prompt about getting any work orders completed. The landscaping is very green and beautiful. The pool is very relaxing and is always clean. When is comes to the trash being over flowing...not true. I have never seen it that way and when the washer's and dryer's aren't working, they have them fixed immediately. Washer's and dryer's DO break...it happens anywhere you go!!! I say to anyone reading this that you will definitly enjoy living here!

this review is obviously written by the management. dont believe a word. this place is way over priced. the management is rude. it takes 1-2 weeks, sometimes a month, to get anything done by them. trash still spills over the dumpsters and I still see washers broken for over a week at a time. I live here, not work here like the previous reviewer.

Excuse me? I do not work for the company. I LIVE HERE! Maybe you haven't had it good here but I am just letting people know that I have. I have only come across broken w/d's once and they were fixed in a timely manner. Trash has never been a problem for me. For the price it is definitly a decent place to live!
