Okay From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/16/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Curtis Tumbaga is a horable manager! Always tries to charge people for extra things that aren't even in your contract - doesn't listen to the tenants concerns. When I first moved in - it was nice - we had security & the management was pleasant - than Curtis took over - no security - there is only one maintenance guy & he works really hard, but as much as the complex is getting from the tenants - they can afford more maintance. It's a really nice place to live, but the people don't control their children & security really needs to come back.
