since Avalon community took over , it Sucks From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/10/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   When trade zone was under its own management. It was OK. since when countrybrook which is avalon cumminity management took over the complex. It sucks. the Management is rude they have increased the rent from 2005 to 2008 almost 40%. everytime lease is renewed there would be an increased rent. management is horrible. specially the lady who is suppose to be the incharge of countrybook apartment office.complaints would be heard not even after 3-4 days.above all every month there is new rule for DON'TS . resident can not do this , can not do this. bla bla.. every month new rule. The new rule is you can not even drop the rental check at office. they want you to post it or setup a online. what the heck is the purpose of a leasing office at Apartment complex' what the heck this staff is suppose to be for. No where in Bay area , leasing office would deny hand over / drop off check facility at rental office.. this sucking management does. this is the worst management. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
