My worst nightmare!

Sure the units are spacious and have lots of storage but the trade-off is not worth it!
Parking is ridiculous and the owner does nothing to regulate it. Good luck getting in and out of your space when you have 2 cars on both sides and about 5 feet behind you.
The pool was condemed by the county but the owner removed the signs and it is open for use.
The upstairs apartments have zero insulation so you freeze in the winter and roast in the summer. If you have a repair that requires the owner to spend any money forget about it! He will do anything to save a penny, even if it means losing a tennant which does not make sense in the long run. There were numerous complaints about a tennant that were ignored even when tennants moved out due to the lack of attention to the complaints until the police had to evacuate the building because chemical fumes flooded the apartment below the person the complaints were against and police had to break that tennants door down and arrest him all at about 2 or 3 am.
The owner was angry that the police was called even though it meant putting people's life in danger.
The owner will do anything to get around housing laws and is aparently being sued for descrimination against children.
Code enforcement and fair housing would have a field day at this complex.
Make sure you know your rights if you go anywhere near this property!
