I've lived at UP for almost 3 years. Bob and Betty were ok managers. They left and then Heather came. Things started top perk up. The gardners came after 11am and all of the trees were cut and trimmed, if you had a problem Heather and Robert were fast to act and make sure that you were comfortable. I wish that we had that team here again. I have even seen Robert and Heather cleaning a unit together. These two were AWESOME together. Now..... drum roll.... Now the new manager has moved in her whole family... the property is going down in buring flames! The garbage cans are overflowing everywhere, people are drinking beer in the pool.....View it for your self... The office stinks acorss between curry and dirty diapers...BEWARE

Agreed! I am not a racist, but just sick of the Indian Women sitting in the manager office while baby sitting her noisy baby! About 99% of her time is baby sit, 1% shitting. She never care about the complaint just know how to take money out of your deposit! BS. Besides, the manager's husband is a car dealer, he parks his car in any available spot and even tenants' spot!
