Valley Palms Apartments

What a load of crap! Best manager' yeah right! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/12/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   The fact that there are gangs living there: 1, it will never be safe. 2, there will always be gangs and other violent people hanging around. 3. cars and apts. will be broken into. I'm so thankful I left Valley Palms! Valley Palms has done nothing for me when my car got broken into! They RARELY have security roaming around the parking lots, when they are in NEED of them. Parking is the worse ever! Even if you have assigned parking! That's how bad Valley Palms is. Whatever you do, spend a little more to live in a SAFE place, not Valley Palms. You'll regret it, trust me. I would hate for anyone to go through what I've went through there.
